A great space for big events like seminars , convention , marriage or reception. Easily you can accommodate 700 to 1000 people and they have enough parking space also. Keep in mind that the rent would be on the higher side as it is big in size say between 3 to 5 lacs for a day.

Its so easy to reach here have good roads the Kochi international airport is very close. The night lighting is awesome.its has a well maintained washrooms, etc. The convention center have a good air conditioning system...

Huge area for parking and a huge hall which can accommodate up to 4000 people very good for large events and also for conferences. They are soon going to renovate this place and make it look much better. They also got to separate small halls for other functions which can be used along with the larger hall.
